To make a booking at Parmarth Niketan Kumbh Mela Camp, guests must provide accurate personal information and payment details. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of arrival or after check-in. - Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. - Behavior and Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the peaceful and spiritual atmosphere of Parmarth Niketan Kumbh Mela Camp. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and guests may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. - Liability
